Calmodern handles land excavation for builders and homeowners across Bentonville, Arkansas and the surrounding Benton County. We clear lots, strip and stockpile topsoil, cut and fill to the grading plan, dig footings and basements, trench for utilities, and place compacted structural fill. How We Work

• Read the site first. We walk the parcel, check the soil and access, and match the dirt work to what the engineer and the foundation crew actually need.
• Dig it safely. We call 811 locates, then protect every trench 5 feet or deeper with sloping, benching, or a trench box per OSHA Subpart P.
• Prove the numbers. Structural fill is placed in lifts and tested to 95 percent of maximum dry density, and finished grade sheds water away from the foundation.
• One crew, one schedule. Clearing, grading, digging, and fill from a single local team, so nothing stalls between trades.
